ProNex Services was founded by Israel Romero, a first-generation entrepreneur with a background in operations, engineering studies, and facility-focused work environments. Raised in a Christian household where faith, discipline, service, and integrity were core values, Israel believes that God comes first and that every business should be built with honesty, excellence, and purpose.

Outside of business, Israel is an engineer, a musician, and soccer player which has shaped his attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to consistency. That same mindset carries into ProNex Services: every space deserves care, every client deserves clear communication, and every job should be done with professionalism and respect.
